You can choose to have delivery service or self collection option if you wish to receive the order faster.
Tracking your Order
When the item is ready to be shipped, we will provide the tracking number from the delivery service company.
Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not have these in place because the items are personalized. Before the order is placed, we will do up the draft artwork for your approval. You can then proceed to place the order with payment. When the personalizing job is done, photos of the completed work including packaging will be forwarded to you via email or whatsapp. We have the integrity to ensure the item is in good condition before sending it out if delivery is required. If it is self collection option, you can inspect the item when we meet. However, we will do the replacement if the item delivered is broken upon receiving it. Photos, time and date will be required so that we can show to the delivery service company. A gentle reminder that the replacement may not be immediate as the whole process of the personalizing job has to be done but we will do our best to let you have the replaced item as soon as possible.
